Word Sharpeners Week – February 1, 2016

Word Sharpener News: I just got word that the builders for my new house being built in Tennessee have their bids ready. We’re going to Tennessee in two weeks to meet with them and celebrate my grandsons’ birthdays. We plan to break ground in March. I’m excited. Here’s a picture of our son, daughter-in-law, and grandsons on our land.

Verse of the Week: 1 John 3:2 (ESV) Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is.

Quote of the Week: Please think of our Founding Fathers as you listen: We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and secure the benefits of liberty to ourselves and our posterity do ordain and establish this constitution of the United States of America. Enough said. — Ben Carson
