Word Sharper News:  We had a great week with family. Our grandson went home to Tennessee on Saturday. My husband took me to Playhouse Square in Cleveland to see the musical Elf. This Wednesday is our anniversary. We will have been married 37 years. On Friday, we’re taking an anniversary trip to see the Grand Canyon. I’ll post pictures next week.

Verse of the Week:  Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.        Hebrews 12:1-2 (ESV)

Quote of the Week:  Resolution One: I will live for God. Resolution Two: If no one else does, I still will. — Jonathan Edwards
