30 Day Life Challenge Day 8

30 DAY LIFE CHALLENGE (2)The life challenge has last a week now. I hope you’ve found it helpful. Last week, the challenges centered on our relationship with God. This week, we’ll work on improving ourselves.

Today’s challenge is to find out more about your personality. You can’t really become the person God intended you to be until you find out who that person is. That’s why today’s challenge is to find out your personality.

There are many personality test out there, but the most beneficial one and the test psychologists use is the Briggs Meyer Personality Survey. This survey has 16 distinctive personality combinations based on four personality traits.

Favorite World E/I: Are you an extrovert or an introvert? In other words, do you feel refreshed after being with people or do you feel drained?

Information S/N: Do you take in information based on what information your senses give you, or do you interpret or add meaning to the facts?

Decisions T/F: Are your decisions based more on logic or how you feel about the circumstances and people involved?

Structure J/P: Do you prefer to have decisions made quickly, or do you prefer to leave your options open?

Based on these descriptions, you should be able to figure out your personality. You can also find a link to a free online test here.

Sometimes you will be close with the a couple of different elements. If that’s the case, read the descriptions of the different personalities with special attention to what motivates you. The test might not show an accurate reading if you are close.

Read about the different personality types here.

More Info: You can read more about Meyers Brigg Personality Types in these books.
